Today, the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced the publication of its updated Real Estate Deal Book, which highlights some of the major commercial real estate deals closed by the firm’s commercial transactions practice in 2023.

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that Hinshaw partner Anthony Jacob—chair of the firm's Commercial Transactions practice group—has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois (BBB). Mr. Jacob was officially elected—along with three other area business leaders—at the 95th annual BBB meeting on March 24.

Hinshaw congratulates its client Rush-Oak Corporation ("ROC") for recently completing its sale to Wintrust Financial Corporation ("Wintrust"). ROC is the parent company of Oak Bank, an Illinois state-chartered bank which operates a banking location in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. A Hinshaw legal team led by partner Tim Sullivan served as transaction counsel to ROC on the deal.
