• Reliance Ins. Co. v. City of Boston, 71 Mass. App. Ct. 550 (2008).
• Cordi-Allen v. Halloran, 470 F.3d 25 (1st Cir. 2006).
• Diamond v. Automobile Ins. Co. of Hartford, Ct., 890 So. 2d 1248 (Fla. 3d DCA 2005).

• Secured a summary judgment victory for a national accounting and auditing firm that had been sued for contribution by a Boston law firm facing a $20 million legal malpractice claim in connection with legal advice concerning partial withdrawal liability under ERISA.
