Webinar
Oct 14, 2025
Chicago-based partner Vaishali Rao will co-present an AccountsRecovery.net webinar titled "Addressing and Understanding the Increase in CFPB Consumer Complaints," on October 14, 2025.
The number of complaints filed by consumers with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has more than doubled this year compared to all of last year. This increase follows a similar doubling of complaints from 2023 to 2024. More consumers are reaching out to the CFPB to express their concerns regarding debts, loans, and other issues.
In this webinar, sponsored by Sedric, the panelists will discuss:
• The reasons behind the surge in complaints
• Implications for the credit and collection industry
• How companies can address these complaints and take proactive steps to prevent them in the future
