In addition to his cannabis practice, Mitchel has more than 30 years of experience representing companies on commercial real estate matters, including loan transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties. He serves as president of The Institute for Holocaust Education and Research and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
