Titled “Modern Debt Collection, Modern Risk: Navigating FDCPA and TCPA Liability After Regulation F,” their session will analyze developments in debt collection five years after Regulation F was adopted, highlighting how practices, litigation, and enforcement under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) have evolved.
