Hinshaw Achieves 2024–2025 Mansfield Rule Certification Plus Status

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is proud to announce that Diversity Lab, the managing organization of the Mansfield Certification initiative, has certified the firm as a 2024–2025 Mansfield Rule Certified Plus Law Firm.
Mansfield Rule Certification Plus is a specialized designation that demonstrates continued commitment to transparent and inclusive practices. In order to reach this achievement, firms provide data to Diversity Lab to show the progress and outcomes of their efforts to broaden leadership talent pools and increase the visibility of their advancement processes.
This is the fourth consecutive year in which Hinshaw has received Mansfield Certification, and the first earning Certified Plus. The firm will also join over 275 law firms committed to the 2025–2026 Mansfield Rule Certification process.
Mansfield is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. This science-backed and data-driven inclusive sourcing process helps boost inclusivity, equal access, and transparency in advancement processes and leadership roles at participating organizations. To maintain its effectiveness, the certification standards continue to evolve year-over-year based on data-backed insights.
