Hinshaw immigration partner Ian Wagreich was featured among Investment Migration Insider’s (IMI) “Investment Migration People in the News This Week” in connection with his commentary on federal immigration developments in recent Bloomberg Law and Chronicle of Higher Education media stories.

Legal Questions Around the Trump “Gold Card”
Speaking with Bloomberg Law, Ian assessed the prospects of the Trump Administration’s proposed “gold card” visa, part of a broader initiative to attract new legal immigrants to the United States.

It has the potential for crowding out skilled professionals,” Ian said.
