About the Handbook
This comprehensive handbook equips attorneys with the tools and insights needed to address today’s most pressing immigration law challenges. It details the requirements for successfully petitioning for B, F, J-1, E, L-1, H-1B, TN, H-2B, O, and P visa categories, as well as other immigration routes such as family-sponsored immigration, employment-based permanent resident petitions, and obtaining permanent residence through the Diversity Immigrant Visa program.
The handbook also addresses the processing of visa applications, naturalization and citizenship applications, and employment eligibility and workplace enforcement, including immigration raids.
The handbook is available for purchase on the IICLE website.
