Lauren Campisi and Brian McGrath Provide Insights on Mortgage Servicing Trends at the 2026 MBA Servicing Conference

Hinshaw partners Lauren Campisi and Brian McGrath will present at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Servicing Solutions Conference and Expo in Dallas, Texas, taking place February 16-19, 2026. On February 17th, Brian will participate in a panel titled "The State of States." As federal enforcement recedes, state regulators and courts are increasingly shaping the mortgage servicing legal landscape.
