Jenelle E. La Chuisa represents individuals and companies in both litigation and arbitration, helping them resolve international and domestic disputes. She works tirelessly to provide each of her clients with simple legal solutions for their often complex legal problems.

Over the course of her career—which spans nearly two decades—Jenelle has worked extensively with insurers. She has handled a wide range of business and insurance disputes, including insurance coverage, first party property, business contracts, and fraud and conspiracy cases.

In addition to counseling companies in the U.S. and abroad on business tort and contract matters, she has litigated insurance coverage disputes arising out of property, casualty, professional liability, and builder's risk policies.

As an arbitrator and advocate for clients in arbitration, Jenelle advises on the best practices for dispute resolution provisions and arbitration agreements. She has appeared before the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Before joining Hinshaw, Jenelle bolstered her litigation and arbitration experience with firms throughout Florida. Most recently, she practiced with a Florida-based firm and maintained her solo practice, La Chuisa Law.
