About Mitra
With more than a decade of experience, Mitra represents financial institutions in both affirmative and defensive litigation in state and federal courts, including at the appellate level.
He handles matters related to contested mortgage foreclosures, automotive finance, credit cards, bankruptcy, real estate and title disputes, and general commercial litigation. Mitra also defends clients in payment disputes and claims under consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
