The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Daniel Shatz has been appointed as a co-chair of the Employment Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee. The Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee is one of the largest and most active in the ABA's Section of Litigation with over 2,400 members. Subcommittee chairs author articles and website materials, coordinate with membership and programming drives, and work to expand member benefits. Shatz's term runs until September 2023.
Shatz is a Miami-based partner in Hinshaw's global Insurance Services Practice Group. Shatz represents clients in complex business and insurance coverage disputes. With experience at all stages of litigation—from regulatory investigations to mediation and settlement conferences to evidentiary hearings and trials—he ensures clients are informed throughout the process and provides solutions tailored to their unique legal issues.
