Robert Finley Unpacks the "Twisted Puzzle" of a Workers' Compensation Case Involving Alleged Double Identity

In the article, Finley explores the "interesting and paramount" case  of a workers' compensation petitioner with an alleged double identity. He reviews how the case presented a "twisted puzzle" that tested multiple issues, including the scope of Commission powers, award enforcement procedures, and additional compensation for penalties and attorney fees.
