Anthony E. Davis was quoted in The National Law Journal in the article titled "Former and Current Dickstein Shapiro Partners to Lose Millions They Left With Firm." The article discusses the dissolution of Dickstein Shapiro LLP and how partners are expected to lose all of their firm capital. Mr. Davis is quoted as saying, “It’s either solvent or it’s not... If it’s not solvent, no one gets any capital back, because it means that obligations to creditors are greater than the assets coming in.”
