Anthony Davis Authors "Chief Judge Challenges Bar on Temporary Practice and Discipline" in the New York Law Journal

Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner and member of the Lawyers for the Profession® group authored the article, " Chief Judge Challenges Bar on Temporary Practice and Discipline" for the New York Law Journal. The article discusses initiatives of Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman relating to temporary practice in New York by lawyers from other states, and reforming New York’s disciplinary system.
