Geoffrey Sessions Admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates

Geoffrey D. Sessions has been admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Sessions joins five other Hinshaw attorneys as members of the prestigious organization: Terese A. Drew, Partner-in-Charge of the St. Louis office; Arthur J. Laplante, Partner; Michael P. Malone, Partner-in-Charge of the Milwaukee office; John W. Sheller, Partner; and Kevin R. Sido, Partner.

Mr. Sessions is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice on national, regional and local representation of clients. His practice encompasses the litigation of claims involving professional liability, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, employee benefits litigation (ERISA and non-ERISA), commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, premises liability, general liability, products liability and a variety of insurance matters. He serves as counsel for several national companies and represents their interests throughout the country.
