About William
With a global reach, William represents individuals and corporate, university, and institutional clients in a broad array of immigration matters. As part of his Higher Education Immigration law practice, William assists universities, professors, researchers, scientists, and post-doctoral scholars applying for permanent residence as outstanding researchers and professors, and via national interest waiver and extraordinary ability immigration petitions. William also represents highly skilled professionals and individuals in a wide range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.
In addition, William handles complex family-based immigration and naturalization matters, working closely with individuals to bring families together. As part of this practice, he also handles matters involving asylum, removal, and consular processing.
