About William

With a global reach, William represents individuals and corporate, university, and institutional clients in a broad array of immigration matters. As part of his Higher Education Immigration law practice, William assists universities, professors, researchers, scientists, and post-doctoral scholars applying for permanent residence as outstanding researchers and professors, and via national interest waiver and extraordinary ability immigration petitions. William also represents highly skilled professionals and individuals in a wide range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters.

In addition, William handles complex family-based immigration and naturalization matters, working closely with individuals to bring families together. As part of this practice, he also handles matters involving asylum, removal, and consular processing.

Leading Hinshaw's Higher Education Immigration law practice, William helps bring the best and the brightest talent to the United States. In his family-based immigration practice, he works closely to assist individuals in reuniting with their families. Through his humanitarian practice, he represents clients seeking asylum and protection from unsafe conditions in their home countries.
