Steven W. Cutler

Steven focuses his practice on developing and implementing a wide range of state, federal, and international tax and estate planning strategies. He helps entrepreneurs, business owners, and other high-net-worth individuals to effect wealth transfers, asset protection, and succession planning by preparing estate planning documents to protect them, their family members and loved ones, and their assets during lifetime and upon death.

Steven is among the fewer than one-half of one percent of the Florida Bar members who are board certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates (WT&E), a peer-reviewed designation he has continuously held since 1997. Steven advises clients on business and tax structuring, choice of entity, inter-generational planning, and the formation and operation of family limited partnerships and private family foundations. He also handles probate and trust administration, guardianship, elder law, and the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, including charitable, insurance, real property, and related trust instruments.
