Miami-based partner Steven Cutler presented "The Estate Planning Elephant in the Room" at the monthly meeting of the Coral Gables Chapter of the Florida Lawyers Network (FLN) on May 27, 2021. Cutler addressed new proposed legislation known as the For The 99.5% Act, which was introduced in the U.S. Senate on March 25, 2021. As part of his presentation, Cutler—a Florida Board Certified attorney in Wills, Trusts, & Estates—discussed the estate planning and tax aspects of the legislation.
