Ronald H. Park

Ron handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters and focuses his practice on financial services litigation. He represents mortgage loan servicers, lenders, debt collectors, and other financial institutions in all aspects of litigation and disputes, including appeal and government matters, across multiple jurisdictions.

Ron’s extensive experience includes: representing clients in disputes involving state and federal consumer protection, breach of contract, fraud, negligence, licensing, lending, leasing, usury, and sales laws; defending claims related to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA); and handling cases involving various New York statutes, such as the Foreclosure Abuse Prevention Act (FAPA), the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law (RPAPL), the General Business Law (GBL), and New York City Administrative Code.
