Outsourced or Supplemental Licensing Assistance: We leverage our more than twenty years of experience analyzing, obtaining, and maintaining licenses to provide clients with efficient, practical advice.  We obtain new licenses, renew existing licenses, and handle all types of company changes, including changes of control as well as changes of address, name, trade names, formation, and control persons.  We can provide these services as a supplement to internal resources or on an outsourced basis.
