About Nicholas

Nicholas represents financial institution clients in a broad range of consumer financial services and commercial litigation matters. His practice focuses on complex disputes, including real property litigation. He also regularly defends clients in actions arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other consumer finance statutes, as well as credit card and loan disputes.

During law school, Nicholas interned at the New York State Executive Chamber Counsel’s Office, the New York State Supreme Court, King’s County, the New York State Department of Financial Services, and the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
