About Jen
Jen advises companies, executives, and boards on complex antitrust, consumer protection, and government investigation matters in the US and internationally. She combines substantive experience with practical, business-focused judgment to help clients navigate high-stakes regulatory issues, litigation, and transactions.
Jen represents clients across a range of industries in antitrust litigation and investigations, including high-profile matters involving alleged anticompetitive conduct in the healthcare sector. Her practice spans merger control and counseling, including Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filing requirements and clearance strategy for domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as advising manufacturers and retailers on pricing policies and compliance matters. She also represents corporations and individuals in criminal antitrust investigations and related civil litigation.
In addition, Jen counsels clients in internal and government investigations involving the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and consumer protection laws, including cross‑border matters for multinational manufacturers.
Jen regularly speaks and writes on cutting-edge antitrust and consumer protection topics. She serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section Comments Committee and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in both the US and EU.

- Manages complex cross-border regulatory exposure for Japanese manufacturers in internal and government investigations involving False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and related inquiries by the Japanese government.
