Jennifer Driscoll Reappointed as the ABA Antitrust Law Section Co-Chair of Comments

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Jennifer Driscoll has been reappointed as the ABA Antitrust Law Section Co-Chair of Comments for the 2026-2027 term. Jennifer previously served in the role for the 2025-2026 term.
The ABA Antitrust Law Section Comments Committee is responsible for drafting the Section’s responses to consultations and requests for input from US and international antitrust, consumer protection, and data authorities regarding proposed changes to laws, regulations, and guidelines. According to the ABA, the Comments Committee is widely recognized for delivering thoughtful, balanced perspectives that play a meaningful role in shaping antitrust, consumer protection, and privacy policy and legislation globally.
As Co-Chair, Jennifer holds multiple key responsibilities, including setting and executing the Committee’s strategic goals, supporting the growth of Section membership and engagement, promoting Section programs, participating in relevant events, and mentoring newer or early-career Committee members.
