About Jack
Jack concentrates his legal practice on representing creditors of distressed and insolvent businesses. He helps clients obtain critical information, evaluate strategic options, and determine the best path to recovery or liquidation of their claims.
Recognizing that information is a decision maker’s most valuable resource, Jack leverages discovery tools under the US Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to uncover key financial and operational data, including bank records, tax filings, financial statements, and internal communications. His experience includes participating in Section 343 meetings, conducting Rule 2004 examinations, deposing witnesses, and managing document discovery.
