- Represented financing company that provides indirect automobile financing to individuals in connection with a federal class action pertaining to storage fees charged for personal property found in repossessed vehicles.
- Successfully obtained a denial of the defendant’s summary judgment motion, preventing the foreclosed trust’s debt from being declared time-barred under new legislation that retroactively shortened the statute of limitations.
