About Amanda
Amanda assists employers in labor and employment disputes throughout the lifecycle of the litigation process. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Department of Labor.
Amanda has represented clients in claims related to unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, minimum wage or overtime pay violations, unequal pay, and others. In addition, she provides counseling on workplace benefits, safety, restrictive covenants, internal investigations, contracts, executive compensation, training, and employee handbooks. Amanda also advises clients on regulatory updates from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
