New York-based attorney and chair of the New York State Bar Association's (NYSBA) International Dispute Resolution Committee, Mohamed Sweify, is set to moderate a virtual panel titled "The Battle of the Seats in International Arbitration" on March 28, 2024. The panel will consist of representatives from various jurisdictions, highlighting the key developments and advantages their jurisdictions offer to convince parties to choose that jurisdiction as an arbitral seat. The panelists will argue in favor of their jurisdiction based on various elements, including the latest developments in international arbitration, arbitration-friendly laws, neutrality, court support, challenging awards, digital arbitration, cost, and logistics. Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive discussion.

New York-based attorney Mohamed Sweify will participate in a panel discussion titled "The Role of Arbitral Institutions and the Future of Ad Hoc Arbitration in Africa" at the 2023 Global Conference: Africa Arbitration Day on December 8, 2023. The panel will focus on the challenges faced by African arbitral institutions, propose solutions, and address why ad hoc arbitration is preferred in some African jurisdictions.

New York-based attorney Mohamed Sweify will participate in a VSkolar webinar titled "Challenges and Future of Legal Education—How to prepare yourself for your legal industry" on February 15, 2025.

New York-based partner Connie Montoya will present as part of a "Power Panel with Pinay Trial Lawyers" webinar, an event organized by the National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA) Women's Committee and the Pinay Powerhouse Collective.
