Vincent Rizzo Delivers Insights on Fostering Inclusion for LGBTQIA+ Legal Professionals

Hinshaw partner Vincent Rizzo will present at the BARBRI CLE webinar "Advancing Inclusion for LGBTQIA+ Legal Professionals" on March 26, 2026. This session will address bias impacting LGBTQIA+ legal professionals and clients, with a focus on barriers to advancement, workplace dynamics, and respectful communication.

The panel will explore core issues affecting LGBTQIA+ attorneys and staff, emphasizing how meaningful inclusion supports both professional responsibility and effective advocacy. Participants will gain practical guidance on recognizing bias and fostering more inclusive environments within their organizations.

In addition to his work in this area, Vincent serves as president of LAGBAC, Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association, for the 2025–2026 term. His leadership role reflects his ongoing commitment to advancing inclusion within the legal profession.
