Vincent Rizzo Elected as the President of LAGBAC

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Vincent Rizzo has been elected to serve as the President of LAGBAC – Chicago’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association – for the 2025–2026 term. Vincent previously held leadership roles as Vice President and Secretary.

For over three decades, LAGBAC has served the legal community by hosting dynamic networking events, delivering hundreds of hours of continuing legal education, providing mentoring for law students and early-career attorneys, and participating in the judicial evaluation process through the Alliance of Bar Associations for Judicial Screening.

About Vincent
Vincent is an Illinois- and California-licensed trial attorney who represents private and public entities in litigation involving employment disputes, tort defense, and constitutional claims. He handles matters brought under Title VII, Section 1983, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, and defends personal injury and property damage claims. Vincent has tried numerous civil jury cases to defense verdicts and secured multiple favorable summary judgments for his clients.
In addition to his litigation practice, Vincent serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches Introduction to Trial Advocacy. At Hinshaw, he participates in its LGBTQ+ affinity group, contributes to Hinshaw University programs, and serves on the Associate Interviewing and Mentoring Committees. He was also previously recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a Notable LGBTQ Executive and is regularly selected by his peers to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch directory.
