Siobhan Grant Appointed to Serve on The Florida Bar's Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Siobhan Grant has been appointed to serve on the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee for The Florida Bar. The standing committee's purpose is to carry out the mandate of Rule 2.140 of the Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, specifically reviewing proposed new rules of procedure and changes to existing rules. Grant is one of approximately 55 attorneys from across the state appointed by the president-elect of The Florida Bar to serve on the committee.
Grant is an associate in Hinshaw's Miami office. She works on insurance coverage matters and has defended large financial institutions in complex foreclosure litigation and title disputes. She previously served on The Florida Bar's Civil Procedure Rules Committee from 2015–2021.
