About Siobhan
With a broad default and insolvency practice, Siobhan focuses on workouts for non-performing loans and commercial relationships. She helps companies and individuals address and resolve existing deals that no longer work, either for them or the other party. Siobhan also represents landlords, creditors, and debtors in default litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings.
Siobhan works closely with other members of the transactional team to advise clients on how to avoid litigation when contemplating complex transactions or how to defend against likely litigation. Siobhan also defends landlords against claims alleging Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) violations.
