The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Megan Lopp Mathias has been appointed to the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Women's Business Council. Mathias also currently serves as a member of the Chamber's Workforce Development Council.
The Women’s Business Council promotes educational, networking, mentorship, and advocacy opportunities to support and advance women in the business and nonprofit sectors. The Council's mission aims to create an inclusive community that empowers, educates, and elevates all women as leaders.
Mathias is a partner in Hinshaw’s Commercial Transactions group and has over 20 years of experience representing companies in complex commercial business transactions, commercial litigation, and general corporate matters. She often serves as external general counsel for mid-market and large corporations, providing strategic and operational legal and risk mitigation services.
