M. Annie Santos Joins Litigation Practice of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Minneapolis

Minneapolis, MN – The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that M. Annie Santos has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice as an associate in the Minneapolis office. Ms. Santos joins Hinshaw from O'Meara, Leer, Wagner & Kohl, P.A.
Ms. Santos focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment. She represents and guides businesses, employers, public entities, and insurers in civil litigation matters involving business disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, products liability, employment issues, and civil rights issues. She has been involved in complex litigation matters, including serving as class counsel in a class action matter advocating for the civil liberties of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Santos was a compliance specialist for Merrill Lynch in San Diego, California.
Ms. Santos is active in the Federal Pro Se Project of the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, providing pro bono service for the underserved. She is admitted to all state and federal courts in Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Santos earned her J.D. from University of Saint Thomas School of Law in 2008 and her B.A. in Mathematics from University of Saint Thomas in 2001.
