Jonathan Yee Elected President of the Chinese American Bar Association of Greater Chicago

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Jonathan Yee has been elected as President of the Chinese American Bar Association of Greater Chicago (CABA). Yee was sworn in by the Honorable Judge Rena Marie Van Tine at CABA's 36th Annual Installation Gala hosted at the Hinshaw Chicago office location on Thursday, October 20th. The firm was also a proud sponsor of the event.
CABA is the first local bar association established for attorneys of Asian descent in the Chicagoland area. CABA serves as a forum and resource for networking, community-building, professional development, and providing public services to the local Chinese and Pan-Asian communities. CABA is an affiliate of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA)—an umbrella bar association comprised of local Asian American bar associations, as well as individual members.
Yee is an associate in Hinshaw's global Insurance Services Practice Group, where he represents insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage claims involving cyber, fidelity, and various liability policies. He previously served as CABA's Vice President of Operations and received the association's Rising Star Award in 2020.
