About Jon
Jon represents insurance carriers in increasingly complex insurance coverage disputes under various policy types, including cyber, fidelity, and various liability policies such as commercial general liability (CGL), directors and officers, and errors and omissions. Working with clients domestically and internationally, Jon leverages knowledge of novel legal issues affecting first- and third-party coverage to analyze and advise clients on sophisticated and high-exposure claims involving social engineering and cybersecurity.
