The BTI Litigation Outlook 2026 is based on surveys from leading legal decision-makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue across 18 industries. This detailed analysis takes data from more than 350 interviewees. According to BTI, no law firm or organization other than BTI sponsors this research.
