According to BTI, Upmarket Mover firms "boosted their reputation — and delivery — to move upmarket in litigation" and "upgraded their reputation faster than other firms in one of the most lucrative litigation markets to come along in years."

BTI also acknowledged the increased exclusivity of this selective list of 43 firms, noting a reduction from 54 firms recognized as BTI Upmarket Movers in the 2024 client survey.
