Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that the firm has moved its Dallas office into its permanent location in Comerica Bank Tower, located in the downtown East corridor.
The firm's Dallas office opened earlier this month with eight attorneys — partners C. Charles Townsend and Michael J. McKleroy, four senior counsel, one associate, and one paralegal. The team of financial services attorneys joined Hinshaw from Akerman, initially occupying a temporary space in the Trammell Crow building downtown.
Hinshaw's new Dallas office occupies 6,000 square feet of space in Comerica Bank Tower, 1717 Main Street, Suite 3625. Situated near the Deep Ellum arts and entertainment district and the AT&T Discovery District, the newly remodeled space includes ten offices, collaborative work areas, and interior space that can be remodeled into additional offices in the future. The space is designed for flexible work arrangements and includes hoteling desks.
"Our new office location accommodates our existing team while allowing for future growth," said Townsend, partner-in-charge of the Dallas office. "We are situated in a thriving area with a number of attractive amenities. Comerica Bank Tower's management company also has plans to transition the building for mixed-use, with additional upgrades."
Easily accessible via major roadways, the 60-story Comerica Bank Tower is the second-tallest skyscraper in Dallas. The building features a number of amenities, including fine and casual dining, a full-service bank, a conference center, and a patio bar.
