Deal Spotlight: OSF Healthcare System Acquires Perry Memorial Hospital

Hinshaw congratulates firm client, OSF Healthcare System (OSF), on recently completing its acquisition of Perry Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility located in Princeton, Illinois previously owned and operated for over 100 years by the City of Princeton. Under the terms of the deal, Perry Memorial has been renamed OSF HealthCare Saint Clare Medical Center. The medical center becomes the 15th hospital in OSF’s network.

The transaction will allow OSF to expand the resources available to the community served by OSF HealthCare Saint Clare Medical Center, including resources that may have been historically difficult to access. This includes digital health access and opportunities, such as innovative teleservices and predictive analytics.
