Civil Liability Defense Trial Attorney Mark D. Goldstein Joins Hinshaw as a Partner in Fort Lauderdale
His Addition Bolsters the Firm's Insurance Services Practice Group

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced it has bolstered its Insurance Services practice group with the addition of attorney Mark D. Goldstein as a partner in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. Goldstein is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience handling civil liability defense.
"Hinshaw's Florida insurance team is pleased to welcome trial attorney Mark Goldstein and assist him in taking full advantage of Hinshaw’s national platform and other growth synergies,” said Rory Eric Jurman, a first-chair trial lawyer and partner in Hinshaw’s Fort Lauderdale office. "Our insurance company clients will also greatly benefit from his deep experience in civil liability defense and, specifically, first-party and third-party coverage matters."
Well-qualified with capabilities in both defense and plaintiff matters, Goldstein currently focuses his practice on civil liability defense, including all aspects of third-party liability defense, property damage claims, subrogation claims, and mediation. Over the last two decades, he has built a strong practice that services clients operating in Florida, Illinois, New York, Washington, DC, and Missouri. Earlier in his career, Goldstein was a partner with Conroy Simberg and was a partner at Goldstein and Goldstein in Miami.
Goldstein holds a J.D. from Washington University School of Law, a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
