The article discusses changes to a controversial American Bar Association (ABA) anti-discrimination rule that could face opposition as state judges and ethics committees analyze whether the rule undermines free speech and other rights. Ms. Chang comments on the importance of enacting this rule stating, "I think it’s an amazing thing the ABA did, and it sends a necessary message that bodes well for the future of the profession, and it being a self-regulating profession, it’s a privilege we need to use responsibly."
