Miami-based partner David S. Weinstein, a member of Hinshaw's Government and White Collar Crime practice groups, appeared on the Joe Rose Show this morning to discuss the suspension of Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot along with the recent collusion grievance brought by former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Weinstein also fielded questions about the recent termination of Louisville men's basketball coach Rick Pitino in connection with NCAA federal bribery and fraud charges filed as part of an ongoing investigation of collegiate sports programs by the FBI.
