Hinshaw's Joanna Storey presented a "Fred" Talk at the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL) Mid-Year Meeting. Titled "Is Miscommunication Inevitable? Lessons Learned from Misunderstandings in Literature and Sitcoms," her presentation provides a deconstruction of misunderstandings and miscommunications from literature and sitcoms, as well as her own life. Relying on lessons learned, Storey develops a list of five practical tips for attorneys to more effectively communicate with clients.
"Is Miscommunication Inevitable? Lessons Learned from Misunderstandings in Literature and Sitcoms," was presented for the APRL Mid-Year Meeting on March 5, 2021.
