Hinshaw Attorneys Featured in a LeadingAge Illinois Webinar Series Focused on Private Duty Home Care Agencies

A trio of Hinshaw partners–Aimee Delaney, Adam Guetzow and David Alfini–will serve as faculty for an upcoming webinar series hosted by LeadingAge Illinois that focuses on regulatory compliance, employee training, and litigation & risk mitigation for private duty home care agencies. The webinars are intended to help those in the private homecare space to provide top quality services. Administrators, business office managers, human resources staff and private duty supervisors will all benefit from this program. Each webinar will take place at 10:30 am -11:30 am Central. LeadingAge Illinois is one of the largest associations of providers serving older adults in Illinois.
The first of three webinars is titled "Strategies To Ensure Your Homecare Agency is Compliant with Regulatory Changes," and is scheduled for January 17, 2018. The second webinar is scheduled for February 27, and will review "Best Practices for Your Homecare Employee Handbook and Training Supervisory Staff." The third and final webinar titled "Mitigating Risk and Litigation - Tips on How Best to Avoid Litigation in the Homecare Setting," will take place on March 21.
