We are pleased to announce that Thomson Reuters has published the Eleventh Edition of the insurance law treatise, entitled Allocation of Losses in Complex Insurance Coverage Claims (11th Ed. 2023) authored by Hinshaw partners Scott Seaman and Jason Schulze. The publication is now available for purchase. For twenty-two consecutive years, Hinshaw partners Scott Seaman, Co-Chair of Hinshaw's Global Insurance Services Practice Group, and Jason Schulze have updated the treatise.
