Partner Craig Liljestrand was recently featured on the official podcast of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) in an episode titled, "DCJ Highlight: PFAS Exposure: A Comprehensive Look."
Liljestrand spoke with IADC Speaks host Cristopher Parkerson about his recent article in the Defense Counsel Journal, "PFAS Exposure: A Comprehensive Look at Emerging Facts and Studies, Risk and Liability Assessment, Litigation History, Evolving Regulations and Future Predictions."
Liljestrand discussed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and their potential risk to human and environmental health. The conversation also reviewed the history of PFAS-related litigation, PFAS regulatory action, state actions, and thoughts on the future of these cases.
