Connie is a dedicated advocate for DE&I and a leader in the Filipino and Asian American legal communities. She has served in key roles on Hinshaw's Diversity Committee, the National Association of Women Lawyers, Lambda Legal, and the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York, where she has advocated for inclusive policies, organized educational initiatives, and mentored underrepresented professionals.
