Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner Steven M. Puiszis will speak on the topic "The Amendments to the Federal Rules on Discovery: Using the New Rule 26 to Help Your Clients," at a DRI live webcast. The webcast will take place on Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.(CT)
The webcast will focus not only on the content of the amendments of discovery rules, but also on the objectives of these amendments. It will also address the history of Rule 26 amendments, the substance of the amendments to the Federal Rules of Civial Procedure, and The rational of the amendments.
Steven Puiszis is a well-known and highly experienced trial attorney and mediator with a wide-ranging litigation and trial practice. Mr. Puiszis also serves as the firm’s Deputy General Counsel, and is a member of Hinshaw’s Lawyers for the Profession® practice group.
