Connie Montoya, a New York-based partner and member of the Diversity Committee at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will co-present "Being a Minority in a Majority World Webinar" on September 13, 2017 at 1:00 pm EDT, in a webinar hosted by the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL). The speakers will discuss the numerous hurdles faced by minority lawyers, including women lawyers. In particular, the panel will discuss the resiliency needed for a diverse woman lawyer to operate in a majority environment and how diversity should be seen as a powerful asset that can further one's career growth and success.
